Here's the Tarheel cake I made my son for his 3rd Birthday Party! I think it came out really nice! And it was actually really easy to do. It's a red velvet cake tinted blue instead of red with buttercream frosting.
Here's a pic of the cake I made for my son's actual 3rd Birthday. It's a chocolate cake with butter cream frosting and adourned with homemade chocolate chip cookies!
